We Make Learning Fun

C3 Workouts combine Cut-Cardio-Core into every 35 minute session. These online and mobile workouts will give you the strength, endurance, and flexibility to look and feel incredible. The best part is that you can do them wherever you are: at home or on the go.

C3 Workouts combine the most effective elements of exercise to deliver on results. This model combines fun, challenging moves that are constantly changing and keeping your mind and body guessing – a great way to stay on your game.


  • Cut: Resistance and weight-bearing moves that build muscle, strength, and power. Sound intimidating? So many of us are stronger than we think and are amazed what we can do, once we learn proper form. 

  • Cardio: High-energy moves to get the heart rate up and burn fat. This does not necessarily mean jumping. We offer modifications for virtually every move.

  • Core: Construct a wall of muscle to support posture and prevent injury. Keeping our core strong not only helps us stand tall and look great, it can also help address aches and pains.

Of course, we begin each session with a warm-up and end with a cool down and stretch.

Extreme exercise plans put you at risk for chronic pain and injury. Get the support you need with proven workouts from an experienced, certified professional. Oh, and I’m a stickler for form so your knees and back will love me.
